Description

This is a unique dual-layer, anhydrous antioxidant serum developed exclusively by
Ciracle, containing 25% stabilized pure Vitamin C in a micro-needle form. It delivers deep
and surface-level radiance, effectively helping to reduce post-acne scars and
inflammation-related discoloration, while enhancing overall skin luminosity.

Before use, the two layers must be shaken to blend: the top layer is an antioxidant-rich
oil phase containing Vitamin E and Lycopene, while the bottom layer combines 25% pure
Vitamin C with three types of CICA (Centella Asiatica) ingredients. This innovative
formulation allows Vitamin C to remain stable for up to 3 years at room temperature,
providing long-lasting brightening and firming benefits for the skin.
