   Skin’s pH is a slightly acidic pH. This slightly acid layer is important to maintain healthy skin. Ciracle Base Toner is similar to the pH of the skin. Ordinary, Commercially available soaps are highly alkaline(pH range 9-11) and raise the skin’s pH to be much more alkaline after cleansing.

   Ciracle Base Toner restores normal pH of the skin and thus helps skin maintain healthy. That makes your skin very soft and smooth.
